I’m Josh Mora, and I’m the brains behind BILT Training. My purpose is to assist anyone, regardless of their situation, in achieving their fitness goals. I’ve been able to become an expert in maximizing fitness outcomes in a short amount of time because to my 7 years of training expertise.
